Compensation:
$120,000 - $145,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually

Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community

Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads

Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development

Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
Lead and Inspire:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented sales representatives. Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Build Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the face of our company in your region, delivering exceptional service and value.
Analyze and Optimize:

Qualifications:-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales

Demonstrated a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and client relationship management

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with clients and team members

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales strategies and make informed decisions

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable using technology to enhance sales processes and client interactions
