Responsibilities and Duties

Manage existing Commercial lines insurance book of business and process renewals.

Serve as the primary contact with Commercial lines clients for general customer service, including answering coverage questions, process changes, explain payment plans and options.

Identify customer needs, quote and propose alternatives for both new and renewal business.

Demonstrate understanding of personal lines underwriting guides.

Enter all required data into the management system and maintain files.

Support other services as needed.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree, preferably in Business Administration.

Property and Casualty Producer License, Preferable.

4 years of insurance related experience

Candidate must possess the ability communicate in a written and spoken manner for both English and Spanish.

Must be proficient in Computer Skills including, Outlook, Word and Excel.
