Here's what you'll be doing:
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly: You'll be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of our equipment, ensuring that everything operates at peak efficiency.
- Boiler Plant Operation: Get hands-on with the chemical treatment of boilers and associated systems, performing safety checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Chiller Plant Operation: Dive into the intricacies of our chiller plant operations, keeping our systems running smoothly to maintain optimal conditions throughout our facilities.
- Fire Alarm System Maintenance: Help keep everyone safe by maintaining our fire alarm systems, ensuring they're ready to respond when needed.
- HVAC Expertise: Utilize your HVAC knowledge to maintain comfortable environments for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday - 2nd shift (evening)
What we're looking for:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months of work-related experience or equivalent training in Plant Operations preferred
- Licensure: Boiler Operators License or equivalent license preferred. The following licenses will be accepted: RI stationary engineer/boiler operator license, PF Journeyman-1 or 2, PF Master 1 or 2. CT License's- S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, OE-2.
- Special Skills: Knowledge of steam boiler operation, HVAC systems, power generators, plumbing, and general trade skills will set you up for success in this role.
