SUMMARY
The Inside Sales position serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned customer base with responsibility for retention and growth as well as organic outreach. Ensure clients drive maximum value from our services and products. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding. Collaborate closely with clients to identify needs including alternative product solutions and setup for all of our aluminum architectural products and categories using consultative selling.
This position is responsible for client satisfaction, including strategic planning. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Increase sales volume within existing business through outbound phone calls, and prospecting into new potential accounts to secure new business
· Develop relationships with accounts while managing multiple levels/layers of conversations
· Follow up on all aspects of sales, from concept to quoting details through quote and after delivery
· Discuss project requirements internally and with customer/prospects to demonstrate how our products can meet their requirements
· Review bidding documents and project plans to assist our internal estimating department to preparing for quotation
· Follow-up with Requests for Quotes/Proposals (RFQ/P) in all stages through the selling process
· Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding of Americlad’s mission and values
· Stay abreast of new technical applications, products, programs and specs
· Ability to take a customer from engagement and concept to a finished order/delivery
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
· Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Experience in construction and custom fabrication is preferred but not required
· Proficient ability to read and decipher Blueprints beneficial but not required
· Effective problem solving and decision-making skills and follow up acumen
· Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
· Organization and time management skills
· Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
· Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
· At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Strong presentation skills
· Willingness to always be learning
