Job description
Primary Function: Responsible for providing a high quality of customer service and understanding each customer's request so their needs are satisfied in the most effective manner. Responsible for receiving, qualifying and processing all customer orders in conformance with Sleep Rx guidelines in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. In addition:
Build relationships with referral sources by providing very responsive and friendly service.
Educate customers on the products and services that will best meet their needs.
Provide feedback to referral source to improve efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.
Thoroughly understand, obtain and promptly prepare documents associated with customer orders and billing including but not limited to: Order Intake Form, Customer Set up Checklist, Delivery Ticket, PIC sheet, Plan of Care, Prescriptions and Patient Responsibility Agreement.
Process data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
Document status of each order by accurate usage of the Communication Log of the customer's file and the patient notes in the computer system, where applicable.
Maintain tracking system for outstanding prescriptions.
Maintain organized and complete patient files.
Maintain or assist in maintaining a neat, clean and organized facility.
Stay informed on product information, changes in Medicare/State/Contract funding procedures, and updates in policies and procedures.
Perform all job functions in a safe, orderly and courteous manner.
Successfully complete Bright Tree Program.
Contribute beyond fundamental responsibilities to support center growth.
Understand and perform duties in compliance with State and Federal regulations and the policies and procedures of Sleep Rx.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer support/service environment.
Must possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle multi-task projects.
Be able to understand and interpret policy and procedures to make independent decisions.
Have the desire to improve the quality of life for all Aura Healthcare customers.
Job Requirements:
Education – High School diploma or GED.
Experience – Customer service/support background and experience with computers required.
Billing or Customer Service in Durable Medical Equipment experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
