Job Summary –
The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for providing a productive and motivating work environment and addressing any order fulfillment issues regarding pack out and warehouse/shipping. Plan, co-coordinate and control order fulfillment and manage inventory levels to make sure we are meeting customer standards and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties-
· Manage/Co-Coordinate pack out schedules with management
· Manage shipping schedules to achieve/maintain stellar vendor scorecards and OTIF compliance
· Manage TMS system to help drive down/manage freight costs and view trends
· Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
· Manage GS1 system and provide/create new item UPCs as requested by sales/operations
· Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
· Liaise with Accounts Receivable and the Customer in an Account Manager capacity to resolve charge back disputes and get as many reversed as possible
· Manage the implementation of changes with the warehouse and operations team as need to prevent future chargebacks
· Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
· Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
· Manage/Co-Coordinate shipping/receiving schedule with Warehouse Supervisor
· Maintain Master Data Sheet for all items for sales support and logistics purposes.
· Manage/Create production schedule monthly to assist with inventory and purchasing forecasts
· Always look for ways to improve efficiencies and processes in order to operate above and beyond industry standards
· Maintain shipping log and KPI for warehouse
· Manage International shipments and guidelines
Requirements –
· High School Diploma/GED required
· 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse and/or plant
· Strong work ethic and organizational skills
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
· Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
· Reliable mode of transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
