Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence. Greet customers and provide product knowledge on available inventory
- Updating internet listings of current inventory
- Printing and signing paperwork associated with vehicle sales
- Support owner with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handling incoming calls professionally
- Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management tasks
- Previous experience in sales and administrative duties is a plus
