Experienced Restaurant General Manager
Rachel’s Kitchen is looking for a General Manager for a location in Frisco, Texas. We are in search of qualified, dependable, passionate, and energetic people who enjoy working with a sense of urgency and have previous food service management experience.
You must be well versed in all processes and positions, front and back of house, in addition to managing P&L and other financials. Your main focus, however, will be on the guest experience and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for each and every guest, as you will serve as the face of your restaurant.

Your specific duties as a Restaurant Manager will include:
- Managing all employees to maintain high-quality standards consistent with the Rachel’s Kitchen Brand
- Maintaining all employee files and ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Ensuring that your restaurant is optimally staffed and that employees are fully trained in all aspects of their current job
- Developing initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
- Ensuring that all menu items are made according to recipe
- Adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
- Estimating food needs and placing orders within established guidelines
- Enforcing safety and sanitary practices, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for the entire restaurant and premises
- Ensuring that all operational basics and standards are adhered to with total commitment and passion
- Providing active community involvement with a strong presence at events, clubs, and organizations by your restaurant and its employees
- Demonstrating high ethical standards at all times
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a fast casual or casual dining restaurant
- Prior experience working in a multi-unit environment, preferred
- Exceptional people and development skills, and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching, and managing talent
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High degree of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
- Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to work an 10-12-hour day
