YOUR DAY AS A WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
While working as a Warehouse Technician, you play a vital role in boosting operations and cost-effectiveness. You ensure the yard and warehouse are spotless, organized, and up to industry standards. By providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to consumers and visitors, you master Association rates, rules, and policies, fostering smooth communication and goodwill. Your meticulous bookkeeping strengthens positive member relations.
As a warehouseman, you collaborate seamlessly with staff, maintaining excellent working relationships, and run the warehouse with professionalism. Whenever needed, you join the crew for construction, maintenance, or outages, ready to respond to duty calls anytime, in any weather.
This warehousing role works closely with other departments to manage materials and supplies, plan and schedule workloads, order materials in advance, and control inventory with the Warehouse Supervisor. Your warehouseman tasks include receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, maintaining replacement tools, conducting inventories, and preparing detailed reports.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS WAREHOUSING ROLE?

Live within a 20-mile radius or have a 30-minute response time of office of assignment

Possess a high school diploma or GED

Have a working knowledge of computer functions

Hold a valid Colorado driver's license
