Hours: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming mail: Open, scan, and upload documents to our web platform
- Utilize shipping software to manage outgoing packages when needed
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with confidence and professionalism
- Review and process new client forms and documents
- Greet clients and assist with mail retrieval at our office
