We are a family-owned and operated outdoor mapping company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our small, local team and provide top-notch support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering phones
- Making/returning calls
- Monitoring and responding to social media comments
- Responding to direct messages and emails
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Adapting to actively expanding product lines and procedures
- Navigating spreadsheets and internal computer systems to determine order statuses
- Reviewing and updating notes on communications with customers
- Working with team to cultivate best practices for customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. You should be able to multitask and handle a high volume of interactions with ease, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
