Position Status:
The Accounting Manager Position is a full-time position, Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Position purpose:
General responsibility for supervising the accounting procedures of the company.
The Job:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. Ensure proper internal controls are in place.
- Prepare journal entries, review financial statements and perform monthly close for all companies.
- Prepare financial and management reports for Executive Team, including KPI development and analysis.
- Work with CFO and management team to gather data for annual budget, planning and cash flow.
- Duties require broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex accounting issues.
- Actively identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work with high volume data, multi-tasking, quick-paced, fluid and sometimes stressful environment.
- Superior computer and Excel skills. Understand basic IT concepts. Ability to communicate needs to the IT department.
- Ability to research and implement new software as needs of business change.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff to promote advancement and achievement of company objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Our Needs:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 10 years of combined public and corporate accounting and finance experience.
- Management experience.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- CPA not required but preferred.
- QuickBooks and other accounting software experience.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Prior experience in a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
