Medical Case Manager

We are currently seeking a Medical Case Manager to join our team in the Metro Detroit area. The Medical Case Manager is responsible for medically managing cases of injured persons to ensure maximum medical improvement in a timely and cost effective manner.
The Medical Case Manager position requires an individual who is highly motivated, has strong customer service skills and a minimum of two years of medical case management experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze medical files
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with health care providers, the injured person, and others as needed
- Complete reports for clients.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Two years of medical case management experience
- Registered Nurse Licensure
- CRRN, CCM, or CBIS credentialing preferred
- Valid driver’s license and Auto insurance
- Advanced knowledge of current case management and state specific nursing practices

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
