Part-time 8-12 hours per week, or as needed.
Oversees the care and well-being of residents residing in a small Assisted Living facility. Directs and implements orientation and training programs as required for staff. Validates and oversees training and performance of Med Techs and CNA's. Perform assessment of new residents within 72 hours of new admission in order to develop appropriate care plan for the resident and obtain physician approval. Complete LHPS on a quarterly basis for each resident. Maintain State required forms for each resident, and submit requisite forms to physicians as required by State. Inform residents physicians of significant change in status.
