Position Description:
SUMMARY: This position supports the HR and Client Experience Partner team to deliver HR and account management services and support to clients including business owners, key contacts, and employees. This position may directly support clients with a smaller worksite employee population.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
Oversees and manages HR team inbox in partnership with HR & CE Support.
Responds to Worksite Employee questions and concerns as needed.
Completes employment verification requests and government requested HR data reports as needed.
Manages and administers Leave of Absence process in collaboration with HR & CE Support.
Manages and administers Unemployment Claims process in collaboration with HR & CE Support and team.
Manages and enters HR product billing spreadsheet and invoices clients through payroll monthly.
Manages and oversees employment poster process for new clients and when regulations change.
Develops new forms and templates for HR & CE Partner team as needed.
Sends remote worker posters to new worksite employees when applicable.
Assists HR & Client Experience Partner Team with the following:
- Review client handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other HR documents as requested by client and create as needed.
- Assist clients with using LMS, ATS, HRIS, and other applicable Connectify systems.

Submits new clients for E-Verification process.

Implements ATS, LMS, and background check support; provides training and resources on systems.

Help prepare employee onboarding and benefit enrollment meetings during implementation process.

Prepare benefit contribution strategies for HR & CE Partner review.

Prepare onboarding and benefit enrollment presentations for HR & CE Partner for review.

Creating and preparing exit surveys, engagement surveys, and 360 surveys for HR & CE Partner use

Assist with HR employee communications as needed.
Assists HR & CE Officer to create HR reporting dashboard monthly and quarterly.
Documents HR activity in CRM.
Other HR projects as needed.
Client Experience
Monitors, manages, and responds to worksite employee questions from text box, HR inbox, main phone line.
Collaborates with internal teams for resolutions to client and employee questions and concerns.
Escalates service issues to HR & Client Experience Officer as needed.
Actively participates in client implementation process by supporting HR & Client Experience Partner team.
Conducts onsite or virtual employee onboarding and benefit enrollment meetings during implementation process.
Prepares summary report and dashboard for client quarterly meetings and reviews with HR & CE Officer.
Tracks all service touchpoints in CRM.
Other client experience projects as needed.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
High School diploma
1-3 years of entry level HR experience
1-3 years of customer-facing experience
Preferred
Bachelors degree in business or human resource management or related filed

Ability to present information to various groups in a variety of formats including large group presentations.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
Familiar use with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Performance Management system and other HR-related programs
Familiar use with Client Relationship Management systems
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily indoor work in a remote office environment requiring long periods of sitting
Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
Limited travel by vehicle and air to Client worksites as needed
No unusual physical requirements
