JOB SUMMARY:
Provide an enjoyable Motorcycle/ATV/SSV buying experience using a proven sales process.
Build lasting relationships between the dealership and its customers. Successful candidates will be self-driven, have a positive outlookand will develop buyers over time. They will generate leads using all available channels.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
- Understand ATVs, SSVs & Motorcycles
- Prospect for new customers; generate leads
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Outbound calling for leads; responding to online and phone inquiries; greeting drop-ins from all departments
- Learn & understand each buyer’s requirements and interests
- Close sales
- Update job knowledge: seek out & participate in manufacturer training
- Participate in dealership events (On & Off-Site)
RESULTS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set personal goals
- Develop, qualify, and close sales
- Adhere to process, policy and systems requirements
- Maximize customer satisfaction and retention
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales and customer service experience a plus
- Quality communication skills
- Computer literate and competent
- Ability to ride and push a motorcycle
- CRM Tool knowledge a plus
- Dealer Management System experience a big plus

- Performance based pay plan
