Formwood Industries seeks an enthusiastic individual to fill an open position on our world-famous Customer Care team.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails regarding order tracking, stock levels, quotes, order entries, or general information questions
- Update customer information in the customer service database after each call
- Become fully competent with our quoting and order entry systems
- Support the sales team with information and/or quotes so they can effectively communicate with our customers
- Provide accurate information on production orders for the production team
In order to be successful, the candidate must be able to:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to make each interaction a positive experience
- Must have high levels of integrity, especially when communicating with our customers
- Strong attention to detail and desire to improve customer relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
- Must be able to work successfully as an individual and as part of a team
- Work with our internal teams to continuously improve processes
- Have the ability to quickly learn new products and processes
- Must be able to dependable to work an eight-hour shift, M-F
Requirements:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
