Job Profile : Inside Sales Support/ Customer service
We have an opening on our team for an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative who will identify and qualify new business opportunities as well as service existing customers to increase sales. You will primarily work side by side with an outside sales representative and the inside sales manager to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. This role includes the sourcing and qualifying of new leads and opportunities, cold calling, relationship building and providing unmatched levels of customer service.
- Responsibilities
- Researching, qualifying, and following up with new leads via outbound calls.
- Creating and maintaining a database of leads and established customers.
- Developing and managing sales growth/relationship building programs.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decision makers in new and established accounts.
- Explaining, demonstrating, and presenting features and benefits of our services and products.
- Staying informed about current, competing, and new products and services as well as industry changes and opportunities.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Being the liaison between our customer and our different business groups (Ops, Quoting) to manage jobs, projects, and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent understanding of Customer Relationship Management Platforms – ZOHO CRM
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
- 2 Years’ experience in a sales role (inside or outside)
- Excellent phone, cold calling, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening, presenting and sales skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, tenacious and goal driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED Required
- Experience in the logistics or manufacturing Industry is a plus
- This is a in office position Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Experience in outbound phone call soliciting is required and unless you have that ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
