Overview
A local HVAC Company is looking for an experienced Install Manager to Join the Team. The HVAC Install Manager must be able to manage the HVAC installations in the field and lead installation teams each day, so that they can provide superior installations for our clients and profitable installations for our company. This position will be leading teams of installers in the field ensuring company safety guidelines are followed, jobs are building code compliant, and that the installs are performed in a timely manner. This position assists with new and ongoing technical and company training of installers. The Installation Manager assists and works with Comfort Advisors to understand our clients' needs, the Install Coordinator to schedule teams, and the warehouse associates to stage and deliver the correct materials and equipment. Our installations consist of all makes and models of residential and light commercial equipment in residential homes and commercial buildings.
Duties:
· Maintain installation schedule with the help of installation coordinator to achieve daily and monthly install goals.
· Assist Comfort Advisors when needed to provide an accurate installation.
· Ensure that installers have what they need for the next day’s jobs prior to installation.
· Assist installers getting loaded and ensure that they have everything that is needed to complete their jobs.
· Provide technical support for installers and answer any questions that installers have about their jobs throughout the day.
· Assist with installation of equipment or ductwork when and if needed.
· Perform on-site job visits to ensure work is being completed correctly and installation processes are being followed.
· Assists with new hire and technical training.
· Manage process for call backs and follow ups from previous installs to ensure completion in a timely fashion.
· Ensure payment is collected as per installation contract.
· Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and organization to reflect proper image of company.
· Assist warehouse in purchasing of materials to keep costs in line with expectations.
· Work to ensure labor is being used efficiently to keep costs in line with expectations.
· Review and understand monthly P&L statements to find ways to improve financial performance.
· Assist with inventory processes as needed.
· Conduct monthly installation meetings to train, motivate, share results, and provide safety training for direct reports.
· Conduct one on one reviews with all direct reports.
· Meet with leadership to discuss overall state of the department, financial results from the previous quarter, issues that need to be addressed and forecast what the next quarter should look like.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
