Job Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for inside technical sales support. This position is also responsible for aspects of Customer Support, Purchasing, and Technical Support, including phone calls, emails, inbound and outbound sales calls, and job estimating.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle customer calls regarding products including assisting customers with specifying products, handling technical support inquiries, and estimating.
· Inside Sales and Technical Support.
· Purchasing product to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained.
· Customer problem solving, incoming and proactive.
· Maintain key relationships, solve customer problems and determine customer solutions.
· Assist with Customer Support functions, incoming calls for product assistance (cross trained for all Customer Service functions).
Education and Experience Qualifications:
· 4-5 Years related job experience.
· Ability to understand prints, step files, CAD drawings
· Microsoft Office suite applications experience; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Strong communication skills; oral, written, presentations
· Excellent work ethic

· Experienced with solving technical problems
