Rate of pay: $15.00 – $20.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Guide members in safe, effective use of equipment and conduct Fitness Center Orientations; Demonstrate/assist members as needed with proper form and use of equipment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of wellness concepts to provide accurate information and support to members.
- Educate members on Fitness Center rules and etiquette and enforce these protocols in a consistent, non-confrontational manner.
- Follow all time reporting procedures, including: clocking in/out on time, securing subs when unable to work a shift, assist co-workers by picking up shifts they are unable to work and checking reported time in UltiPro prior to the end of the pay period.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
