We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the night audit process and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Train and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
