Accounts Receivable Specialist
Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED certificate
· Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
· Proficient in Excel.
· Organizational and Communication skills.
· Pays meticulous attention to detail
· Analytical skills
· Time management – able to prioritize and multitask
Accounts Receivable Duties and Responsibilities
· AR collections and customer account reconciliations experience
· Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments.
· Prepare and send out invoices as well as uploading invoices to Customer Portals
· Monitor and reconcile daily credit card transactions against bank deposits
· Process incoming payments
· Issue credit notes
· Create Commissions reports
· Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
· Update client account information
· Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
· Identifying issues and ensuring resolution
· Issuing credit card refunds
· Clear communication with customers and colleagues regarding payments and disputes.

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
