Job Summary:
New Restaurant in NAUTICAL MILE
We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary department guidelines
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives and other culinary tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
