Summary:
Perform various cleaning tasks in order to maintain facilities operations. Tasks include maintaining the offices as well as the appearances of facilities at various property locations. Reports to the Maintenance and Fleet Manager.
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent. Two years’ experience working and cleaning in a commercial facility, janitorial services or related work; knowledge of cleaning offices and furniture; ordering cleaning supplies; time management skills; Valid California Driver’s License and evidence of insurance coverage; current CPR and First Aid certificates. Professional appearance and pleasant mannerism. Must pass criminal background check.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities as directed by the maintenance supervisor.
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits allocated
- Conduct cleanliness walkthroughs at each location upon arrival.
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced locations.
- Dust all surfaces and mop or vacuum all floors as applicable.
- Disinfect all bathrooms at each location weekly
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Comply with health and safety regulation standards.
- Report any damages or security issues.
- Maintain adequate stock levels for housekeeping supplies and ensure that housekeeping equipment is in good working condition. .
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- All other duties deemed necessary and appropriate by Maintenance Supervisor.

- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the people we serve.

- Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for agency and accounting department.
- Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards established by IVRS.
- Must have knowledge of federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and standards governing all services provided by IVRS.

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
