Candidate must show experience working on and around heavy industrial type facilities including power plants, gas turbines, substations, high voltage, BESS – battery energy storage systems, processing facilities or solar requiring the installation/relocation/demolition of undergrounds, concrete, piping, electrical and equipment setting.
Monitor the safety, quality and provide planning for the day to day construction activities including craft employees, subcontractors, and vendor deliveries.
Ability to build and understand schedules including man loading, equipment needs, subcontractor coordination and QA/QC implementation.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to work both in the office and in the field.

Essential Skills
· Perform site visits/job walks and support the estimate
· Plan, coordinate and/or supervise construction activities of craft employees and/or subcontractors
· Lead the daily meetings including safety and health compliance including PPE
· Ensure the project is constructed to the contract and all available scope documents, drawings, specifications, schedule as well as budget
· Understand and document daily time, cost codes as well as quantity and labor tracking.
· Ability to forecast and anticipate the project needs
· Ensure that materials, drawings, workforce, tools, consumables, and equipment are available when needed
· Document daily progress through digital reporting including jobsite photos
· Digitally track all required installation documentation including maintenance of “as-builts” for documentation, turnover, and project closeout
· Interface with the customer and all team members
· Work alongside craft and subcontractors as required
· Determine training needs of craft personnel and assist them in obtaining that training
· Perform other duties as assigned
· CPR certified will be required and training can be provided
· Rigging certification, a plus
· Equipment operation certification a plus
Essential Qualifications
· 5+ years of proven work experience and must provide detail of projects working in the power/heavy Industrial field. This work should be inclusive of substations and high voltage work including 500 kV, 161 kV, 34.5 kV, 13.8 kV and 13.2 kV.
· 3+ years of proven supervisory experience and must provide detail of supervisory responsibilities on power/heavy industrial projects.
· Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements and how they apply to industrial construction projects.
· Ability to effectively interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
· Possess excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage craft employees.
· Direct job superintendent/foreman experience.
· have proof of clean driving record and current driver’s license.
· Ability to read, write and communicate using the English language sufficient to perform job functions.
· Ability to function in a demanding and fast paced environment.
· Ability to effectively perform when site conditions change.
· Operate equipment including forklift.
· Maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, ability to kneel or squat, lift 50lbs, work from ladders and manlifts.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience preferred in MS Project, PDF modification programs.
Additional Compensation:
· Per Diem will be included and determined on a project-by-project basis
