We are seeking a Product Manager/ Business Analyst, to join a talented team of product managers to collaborate with multiple agile squads with the goal of building innovative, class-leading, global multi-asset trading solutions.
BTCS products answer complex requirements and implement advanced workflows both from the user experience standpoint and backend component interactions. If you love cracking difficult problems, you will love working at BTCS.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Key requirements
-
7+ years of Product/Business Analysis experience and proficient in English, preferably in the Financial Services industry
-
Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills to stakeholders
-
Knowledge of Product development lifecycle essential, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
-
Should be an inquisitive self-starter happy to be collaborating within a team, or working on their own, ability and think and operate at a strategic level
-
Ability to work with customers to understand their business objectives and to define new business services and solutions
-
Ability to quickly understand new concepts and work with technical experts to translate business and functional requirements into product solutions
-
Ability to communicate confidently and concisely, both orally and written, whilst applying specialist business and technical knowledge
-
Good time management and planning skills
-
Experience with Order and Execution Management for globally traded derivatives.

Knowledge of equities, equity options is a plus
Responsibilities
-
Identify, analyze and document the exact business use cases and rationales by interviewing users
-
Assist Product Mangers to undertake scoping studies with customers and prospects, to analyze and document customer’s present state, and future state business process and requirements

Assist Product Managers to build the backlog with the development team by splitting the work into phases that make sense technically and most importantly maximize the business value for the end user

Brainstorm with the development team to find the best functional and technical solution to the problem we are trying to solve in order to meet customer’s objectives by participating in scrum meetings

Validate engineering estimates and functionality delivered

Perform internal testing to validate against the feature acceptance criteria in the business requirements

Assist Product Managers to manage incoming client requests by challenging requirements and understanding the exact use cases.
