Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that best suit their needs and preferences.
Duties:
- Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos
- Utilize technology to enhance the shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote sales of various products including electronics and appliances
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, electronics sales, or appliance sales
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for multilingual customer support
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
