SwaySecurity Guards are responsible for maintaining the security of people, buildings, and their contents, preventing break-ins and theft through guarding and surveillance. They are expected to deal with a wide range of situations as they occur. The roles of security guard officers will vary depending on the industry they work for. Security Guards work in a range of environments, ensuring that businesses, properties, and valuables are protected from harm. The role of a Security Guard will depend on the nature of the company or premises being secured.
This could involve:
The Security Guard Patrolling a given area
Monitoring a building via closed-circuit television
Managing door control for entertainment venues such as bars and nightclubs, business offices
Traveling with valuable goods in a specialist security vehicle
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
A SwaySecurity Guard must be able to:
Lift, Have Surveillance Skills, can deal with uncertainty, show good judgment, shows dependability, have emotional control, have integrity, display professionalism, have report writing skills, and finally they must have great customer service.
Be a person that is interested in the Security Industry to make a difference, not a paycheck. · A person that takes reasonability and being on time serious. Stand and walk for a long period of time.

DRIVER’S LICENSE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Must Pass our Training Class to obtain the job
Or have prior training with certificates or documentation.
Officer must have duty belt, equipped with baton, handcuffs, and or any other non lethal tools that you've been trained to use.
Must carry a Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board Card or Provisional
