The role of the GAP Claims Processor is a vital position in showing our clients their worth through service. The ideal candidate will value accuracy and attention to detail, have experience in Microsoft Excel, and be able to communicate clearly and professionally. This position has advancement opportunities in all areas, including, but not limited to, accounting, marketing, administration, sales, information systems, and claims adjudication. The top responsibilities are:

Work directly with customers, lenders, and insurance companies, communicating the necessary steps for filing claims.

Processing, data entry, and record-keeping of documents

Utilizing third-party websites for pulling necessary data and running proper reports

Provide timely customer service response

Answering multi-line calls
Qualifications:
-
1 year of customer service experience required
-
1 year of document processing experience required
-
Bilingual – Spanish/English (Preferred, but not required)

Proficient computer skills, including Office 365
-
Data Entry accuracy is a must
-
Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
-
Professionalism is required. Reliability and dependability are a must in this position

Report to office Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (Grapevine)
