The primary objective is to aid patients in making informed decisions about their treatments, ensuring they proceed with comfort and confidence.
Key responsibilities of a Patient Advisor in our multi-specialty practice may include:
- Consultation and Education: Conduct consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, discuss options, and educate them on the procedures, potential risks, benefits, and realistic outcomes.
- Patient Support: Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and uncertainties regarding treatments.
- Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with medical professionals and clinical staff, to coordinate patient treatment plans. Ensure seamless communication and continuity of care for patients.
- Financial Consultation: Assist patients in understanding the costs associated with procedures, including financing options, and payment plans.
- Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Guide patients through pre-operative preparations, such as scheduling appointments, obtaining medical evaluations, and following pre-op instructions. Offer post-operative care guidance and support during recovery.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, consent forms, treatment plans, and outcomes.
