· Entering new customers into Quickbooks
· Entering customer receipts into Quickbooks and i360
· Credit card reconciliation, collecting statements and receipts, coding expenses in Divvy
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in Bill.com
· Performs other duties as assigned
· 1+ years of accounting experience preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Quickbooks
