Senior District Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior District Manager to oversee our district's operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in sales, business development, and profit loss management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve district sales targets and profitability goals
- Lead and mentor a team of District Managers, providing guidance on sales strategies, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure district success
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute district-level initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop plans for market penetration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the district
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, business development, profit loss management, and project management
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
