Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate sales records, track inventory levels, and optimize upselling opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling activities to expand the customer base and drive new business growth.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient management of automotive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven 3 + years experience in automotive sales management
- Bilingual proficiency with fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Referrals recommended
- Excellent cold calling abilities and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control and upselling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
