Warehouse Associate
Description of duties:
- Move inventory and materials throughout the store/warehouse.
- Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
- Process inventory for deliveries/pickups.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Package items and label correctly.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Stack and organize large bulk items.
- Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
- Provides data destruction certificates and evidence when needed.
- Correctly implementing software on devices where data has been wiped.
- Remove inventory from trucks for shipping and/or delivery.
- Move materials from storage to pick-up areas or other locations.
- Ensure the workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards.
- Keep warehouse premises neat and clean.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
- Close pickups in a timely fashion.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining up to date records of inventory.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.
- Data entry as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift.
- The candidate must be professional and possess excellent communication skills.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and energetic.
