- Could include but not limited to compounding patient specific medications, answering phones, processing prescriptions, restocking of bulk chemicals, keeping track of inventory, complying with Standard Operating Procedures, calling Doctors offices for patient refills, assisting Pharmacist staff when needed.
- Shall know how to enter chemicals and drugs into the system and how to adjust their inventory
- Ensure there are no expired chemicals/drugs in their designated areas
- Partake in compounding of medications via scanning all ingredients, proper weighing techniques, and following compounding procedure on log
- It is responsibility of the compounder to ensure logs are correct in their procedure
- Provide excellent customer service for walk in patients and anyone on the phone
- Maintain necessary inventory, ensuring appropriate items are in stock at all times
- Must already have Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
