We are Actively looking to hire a professional and Presentable Individual to work as a Front Desk Receptionist for our Corporate Headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Order supplies and lunches
- Organize and set up meetings
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (Preferred).
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Ability to create organized filing system
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, visitors, and
- colleagues effectively. This includes being polite, clear, and professional in all interactions.
- Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a friendly and
- helpful manner.
- Strong organizational skills for keeping track of multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Responsible for managing appointments, schedules, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills are essential
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing, email, and spreadsheet
- software. Familiar with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, and fax
- machines.
- Strong interpersonal skills are important for building positive relationships with colleagues
- and clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as taking messages, scheduling
- appointments, and maintaining records.
- Ability to always present yourself in a professional manner.
- This includes dressing appropriately, maintaining a neat workspace, and adhering to company policies and
- procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills are valuable for effectively managing these situations.
- The ability to adapt to new situations and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously is
- important.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy policies is essential in this role.
