Position: Legal Assistant
Someone with 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with matters before the Immigration Court or USCIS.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with attorneys and co-workers to prepare and file application for relief and supporting evidence, and to assist in Removal Defense matters such as, but not limited to, those before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Requirements:
- Education (Required): Associate or Bachelor' Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Immigration Law
- Fluency in the Spanish is a big plus.
