Position Title: Software Engineer (Senior)
Location: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Phoenix, Birmingham, Dallas
Schedule: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain the mobile testing platform and framework.
- Automate software development workflows.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including patching and resolving user issues.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and planning.
- Handle customer requests, general maintenance, and enhancements.
Must-Have Technical Skills/Experience:
- Experience with mobile and browser testing platforms and frameworks.
- Expertise in providing quality engineers with useful testing tools and workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python (or another easily transferrable scripting language).
- Experience in automating software development workflows.
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of B2B interfaces (vendor-hosted platforms).
- Maintenance of applications and software platforms, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and user issue resolution.

Position Logistics:
- Project Impact: Migration from a mobile testing platform that will be sunset in September. Offboarding users by June and onboarding users to a new platform before the September sunset.

- Mitigates risk by ensuring the mobile testing platform is reliable and effective.
- Provides quality engineers with the right tools to test applications.
- Reduces risk in production environments.
Team Structure:
- 7-member team located in Pittsburgh, New Jersey, Columbus, etc.
- 1 Scrum Master, 5 Engineers (1 Senior), 1 Product Owner
- Agile environment with daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies.
Preferred Candidate Background:
- Financial Services background is a plus.
