Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our academy. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of classes, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, and supporting the overall mission of Gracie Barra Frisco. Initially offered as a part-time opportunity, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate, based on performance and the evolving needs of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the academy's schedule, including classes, events, and special programs.
- Act as the main point of contact for all member inquiries, providing outstanding service and support.
- Handle administrative duties, such as membership management, attendance tracking, and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with instructors to enhance our community engagement through events and promotions.
- Maintain inventory control of gear and equipment, ensuring availability and quality.
- Promote and uphold the values of Gracie Barra, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing various tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in administration or customer service, preferably within a fitness or martial arts context.
- A passion for martial arts, with an appreciation for the Gracie Barra philosophy and lifestyle.
- Team player with the ability to lead, showing initiative and independence when necessary.
- Familiarity with standard office software and administrative systems.
Hours:
This position is part-time, offering flexibility to accommodate academy needs. The role has the potential to become full-time, dependent on the candidate's performance and the growth of our academy.
