- Responsibilities include inspecting and selling new jobs, managing day-to-day operations including job site crews, and documenting job progress in the water, fire smoke, mold and trauma industry.
- The right candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
- Experience in home inspections, water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire/ smoke damage restoration is required.
- Communicate with customers about scope of work, review necessary paperwork, and answer customer questions as needed.
- Secure Jobs and get contracts/work authorization signed by clients as needed.
- Perform structural drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke remediation (water extraction, demo, structural cleaning, drying, pack-out, and odor control)
- Manage job file documentation & notes to ensure complete and accurate project details (creating sketches, moisture maps, moisture readings equipment logs, and room scope sheets)
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials property.
- Responsible for assigned vehicle (daily) and equipment (safe & proper operation, proper maintenance, decontamination, and cleanliness)
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Ensure communications with office admin, and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Attend events and meetings held in the communities we service in order to make people in the community aware of the services we provide. Also visit businesses that may benefit from knowledge of services we provide i.e.: property managers, realtors etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
