Operations Manager
A well-established jewelry company in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a strong Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our Facility. Management experience in the jewelry industry would be a plus but not necessarily required.
The ideal candidate must be organized, structured, and adaptable to change. Strong leadership and hands on are needed to be successful in this position. Weekly productivity goals must be met to achieve business results. Knowledge of Lean six sigma would be a big plus!

· As the Operations manager, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
· Collaborate with other departments to conduct audits and inspections.
· Address production challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, proactively address any issues or concerns.
· Strict adherence to budgets and resource plans, and monitoring performance, to achieve product delivery requirements.
· Manage direct reports and their activities. This includes overall performance management.
· Develop and implement process efficiencies to reduce lead times and increase productivity.
· Effectively juggle priorities to meet client and company expectations.
· Sees the big picture as well as the details.
· Develop the team and the individual.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
- Proven track record in strategic planning and leadership
- Strong understanding of profit & loss management
- Previous experience in supervising teams and driving business development
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated success in sales and achieving revenue targets

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
