We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Veterans are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- The Administrative professional is responsible for providing confidential secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to management
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Opens, sorts, and distributes departmental mail
- Arrange important meetings for entertaining clients and other outside business guests
- Ensures office supply inventory for the department is maintained
- Secures and arranges for setting up of meeting rooms for department meetings or events for the firm
- May perform other tasks or participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of previous administrative office experience or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and prioritize workload accordingly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to tackle short-fused tasks
- Must have a strong work ethic that can handle tasks with limited supervision
- Advanced level clerical and general office skills
- Customer service champion
- Tact in holding conversations with clientele and staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $43,875.00 per year
