Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about enhancing the customer experience and providing fast access to a summary view of a customer's policy and account data? Our policy and account summary data team is looking for an individual with strong technical leadership to help build and migrate critical on-prem solutions to the public cloud.

Apply an advanced understanding of development and support tools, processes, applications, programming languages and environments to assignments.
-
Enable solution modernization activities through design and development-related work items and architectural engagement.
-
Utilize AWS services to build, deploy, and manage solutions in the public cloud.
-
Assist with java services on-prem to understand functionality and data management requirements for future migration to the public cloud.
-
Develop and maintain APIs for internal customer consumption.
-
Provide the highest level of support and resiliency for problem and issue resolution.
-
Provide technical consultation and direction to business and product team members.
-
Understand, support, and help define strategy for AWS migration from on-prem assets.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the following 3 skills:

Experience with relational database structures such as DB2, SQL, or Aurora Postgres.

Programming: Java and Springboot
-
Experience with multiple AWS services: S3, Glue, and Lambda
Additional Skills:
-
Experience with multiple devops tools: Terraform, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with monitoring and logging: CloudWatch or Splunk
-
Experience with REST API development.

Exposure to use of Artificial Intelligence tools is helpful.

Passion for working with databases, data structures and data analysis.

Exposure to agile development techniques is helpful.
