Who We Are:
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to neuro-divergent children including those on the Autism Spectrum. We believe in a fun and balanced setting for the kids utilizing both the natural and contrived environments. We utilize a variety of curriculum promoting unique individualization of all behavior plans. There is a strong work life balance at our agency. Our working hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm.
About the Position:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through in-home intervention. You’ll assist patients with in learning implementation of reinforcement to improve day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. It’s a rewarding position — you’ll be an important member of a child’s care team and will see the results first hand as you help improve that child’s life.
What You’ll Do:
Provide in-person behavior intervention services
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
Collect and record data
Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
Attend team meetings
What You Bring:
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent (Bachelors Preferred)
Must pass background check
Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required
Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
