We have amazing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities to join our team at Lakeland Village.
You'll be serving people in need of support with cognitive disabilities in a role that is best described as empowering. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.

Some of what you'll be doing:
Provide treatment and nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders

Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health

Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams
Who should apply:
Professionals with a valid Washington state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or the ability to obtain a valid license prior to employment.

Proven ability to apply practical nursing principles and concepts

Skill in performing and interpreting basic physical and treatment techniques

Excellent interpersonal relations and communications skills
