Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales REP and/or Manager in servicing existing accounts as needed.
- Support the Sales REP in processing orders into the company system/software and ensuring fulfillment.
- Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction for optimal sales levels.
- Respond to calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Building a good relationship with customers by providing proactive customer outreach.
- Knowledge of our products.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them and politely answering office telephone calls.
- Other job duties as assigned
Skills:
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Required)
- Ability to speak in English and Spanish (Required)
- SAP experience (desirable)
- 2+ years of experience as sales assistant / customer service or similar role
- Be able to multitask and stay organized.
- Verbal communication skills: clear communication, empathy and use of positive language.
- Critical thinking skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
