Requirements:
* Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
* Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)
Expectations:
* Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
* Organize, review, and maintain data collection for programs
* Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
* Direct and effectively manage and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
* Work effectively with staff members
* Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary

Job Description
A BCBA holds an esteemed position in the care of our clients.
Intake
- The BCBA will receive intake information from the office which will include contact information, intake form/background, therapy schedule, location of therapy, and HIPAA consent form.
- BCBA will perform initial assessment after contacting the parent or caregiver.
- The BCBA will contact ABA therapists to confirm supervision schedule
- The BCBA will set up initial targets related to pairing sessions (baseline data), train therapist, and ensure start date of therapy begins within one week of intake.
- BCBA will set up long term goals, short term goals, and targets for the client to work on
- The BCBA will complete and submit a 6-month clinical review for each client.
- The BCBA will provide face to face parent training as per authorization.
- The BCBA will introduce herself and remain in periodic contact with all related team members as per HIPAA consent form.
