Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and memory care units.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Perform sterile processing techniques to ensure the safety and cleanliness of medical equipment.
- Catheterize patients when necessary.
- Manage airways and provide respiratory support as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of {state}.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of dermal fillers and their administration techniques.
- Familiarity with memory care practices and protocols.
- Proficient in performing vital sign measurements accurately.
- Ability to catheterize patients when required.
- Strong understanding of sterile processing procedures.
- Competent in airway management techniques.
- Experience in case management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
