We are a small Lead and Asbestos Abatement company looking to hire a personal assistant. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. Responsibilities:
- Experience or willing to learn bookkeeping/ quickbooks
-Assist with payroll duties (4-6 employees)
- Handle correspondence, including emails with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in organizing files, documents, and other administrative tasks
- Utilize Outlook Calendar and Google Suite for scheduling and documentation purposes
- Support with clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Outlook Calendar, Google Suite, and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
